Contrat de licence logiciel de Tait - Français L’utilisation de tout élément de Logiciel embarqué ou pré-chargé, lié aux Produits Désignés Tait, y compris ceux enregistrés sur CD, téléchargés à partir du site internet Tait ou acquis par tout moyen quel qu’il soit, correspond à votre acceptation des conditions générales du présent Contrat. Le fait que vous installiez ou utilisiez le Logiciel indique que vous acceptez l’ensemble des termes et conditions définis par le présent Contrat. Si vous n’en acceptez pas les conditions, vous ne devez en aucun cas installer ou utiliser le Logiciel. L’installation et l’utilisation du Logiciel seront considérées comme votre acceptation des modalités du présent Contrat.

The supply of Tait Products and/or Services is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale for each Tait company as provided in the relevant company link below.

Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale relevant to you as a Tait customer carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Products and/or Services from a Tait company. Please note that by ordering any Products and/or Services, you agree to be bound by the relevant Terms and Conditions of Sale and Tait will not be bound by any other terms and conditions, including those which may be included in your standard purchase orders.

The Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time you place an order for the Product and/or Service will apply. Tait reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time and any such changes will apply to future orders.
